Hello! My name is Mate Surmanidze, and I am a tennis coach at Maxima Tennis Academy.

I conduct tennis lessons in four languages: Georgian, English, German, and Russian.

I have been involved in tennis for a total of 21 years. My father introduced me to the sport when I was in the third grade, and I immediately fell in love with it.
Education:

Batumi Maritime Academy – Navigation (2013–2017)
Batumi Theological Seminary – Theology (2020–2024)
I have three years of coaching experience working with children in Batumi, Georgia, and Frankfurt (Oder), Germany.
At Maxima Tennis Academy, I specialize in the Tennis 10s program for children aged 3 to 10. I also enjoy teaching beginners from scratch, helping them develop both fundamental and advanced tennis skills. I specialize in building proper stroke technique and continuously improve my coaching by learning and implementing new training methods.

I believe that the most important goal of every training session is to help children and players develop a positive mindset and strong discipline.

I look forward to seeing you on the court!

Best of luck to everyone!
